The Council is looking to members and community organizations
to help support the Early Childhood Family Support Program.
The Program works within a community-based framework. It will
use a personal-visiting component, working within the setting
where children and parents are most comfortable.
The Program partners existing organizations within close proximity
to children and their families, and allows for smooth transitions
between many service providers. It drives the community to see
the importance of healthy early development, reduces the stigma
of seeking assistance, and empowers parents to insure that their
children receive everything needed for a healthy successful start
in life.
